Wondering where your order is? No worries! Track your items with one of these two simple methods below:

Option 1
Track via Email Confirmation
The fastest way to see your order status without logging in.

Step 1: Open your inbox and find your Order Confirmation email.
Step 2: Click the "View your order" button located inside the email.
Step 3: You will be directed to a live status page showing if your order is:
Confirmed: We’ve received your order and are preparing it.
On its way: Your package has left our warehouse.
Courier Tracking: If your order is being handled by J&T Express, Hitch or another courier partner, you will find a specific tracking number and a direct link to their portal on this page.

Option 2
Track via Your Account
Best for customers who want to see their full purchase history.
Step 1: Login or Sign Up. Go to our [Login Page].
Note: Please use the same email address you used when placing your order.

Step 2: Access Order History. Once logged in, click Account icon to see your Order History.
Step 3: Check Status by clicking the specific order number to see the current status (Confirmed, On its way, or Delivered).
